The victim was discovered around 2:59 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, when Hartford Police responded to the area of 479 Garden St., for a. ShotSpotter activation, said authorities.
Upon arrival, officers located a man suffering from numerous gunshot wounds, Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.
The man was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
